Top3
Last updated: January 2025
Top3 is built to be private by default. This policy explains what the app does and doesn't collect.
Your content stays yours: Your daily lists, notes, journal entries, and streak history are stored on your device and synced across your own devices with Apple iCloud (CloudKit). We can't see this content, and it is never sent to Top3's servers. No account is required.
Purchases and credits: Top3 is free to use. Optional credits, used to revise a locked-in day, are sold as one-time in-app purchases processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage your credit balance, and our own Top3 service to grant and spend credits. A random, non-identifying app user ID is created for your install, together with the day a credit applies to. It is not linked to your name, email, or Apple ID. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details.
Lock-in reminders and Live Activities: These are optional. If you turn on the daily lock-in countdown or its Live Activity, the app sends your device's push tokens and your lock-in schedule (the times, time zone, and active days you chose, plus your accent color) to our service so it can show the countdown on your Lock Screen and lock your day in on time. This is tied to your device, not to your identity, and never includes your list content. Turn the feature off and registration stops.
Analytics & diagnostics: We use TelemetryDeck for privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics, to understand how features are used and to catch crashes and performance problems. What's measured is limited to product interaction, purchase events, and basic performance and diagnostic data. None of it is tied to your identity, and it never includes your list content.
What we don't do:
- No accounts, names, or emails collected by ioloro
- No advertising, and no selling or sharing of personal data
- No third-party tracking that can identify you
Children's privacy: Top3 collects no identifying information from anyone, including children.
