Top3 is built to be private by default. This policy explains what the app does and doesn't collect.
Your content stays yours: Your daily lists, notes, and streak history are stored on your device and synced across your own devices using Apple iCloud (CloudKit). We do not have access to this content, and it is never sent to our servers. No account is required.
Purchases and credits: Top3 is free to use. Optional credits, used to revise a locked-in day, are sold as one-time in-app purchases processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage your credit balance. A random, non-identifying app user ID is created for your install. It is not linked to your name, email, or Apple ID, and is used only to grant and spend the credits you have bought. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details.
Analytics & diagnostics: We use TelemetryDeck for privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics, to understand how features are used and to catch crashes and performance problems. What's measured is limited to product interaction, purchase events, and basic performance and diagnostic data. None of it is tied to your identity, and it never includes your list content.
What we don't do:
- No accounts, names, or emails collected by ioloro
- No advertising, and no selling or sharing of personal data
- No third-party tracking that can identify you
Children's privacy: Top3 collects no identifying information from anyone, including children.
