Getting Started
How do I add players to a game?
Tap "New Game" from the home screen, then enter player names. You can add 2-7 players. Once everyone is added, tap "Start Game" to begin tracking scores.
How do I enter scores?
Tap on a player's score field for the current round. Enter their score using the number pad and confirm. The running total updates automatically.
What if I make a mistake entering a score?
Tap the score you entered incorrectly and enter the correct value. The running totals will update automatically.
Managing Games
Can I pause a game and come back later?
Yes! Your game is automatically saved. You can close the app and return anytime to continue where you left off.
Can I track multiple games at the same time?
Absolutely. You can have multiple active games and switch between them. This is perfect if you have a weekly game night and a family game going simultaneously.
Where can I see past games?
Tap "Previous Games" from the main screen to see all your completed games, including dates, players, and winners.
Technical Questions
Does Crowns Keeper require an internet connection?
No! Crowns Keeper works completely offline. Your scores are stored locally on your device.
What devices does Crowns Keeper support?
Crowns Keeper works on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro running iOS/iPadOS 17.0, macOS 14.0, or visionOS 1.0 or later.
What happens to my data if I delete the app?
If you delete the app, any local game data will be deleted. Data saved to iCloud will remain untouched. To delete all data including iCloud data, use the delete option in the Settings view and confirm deletion before removing the app.
