By using Evenlight, you agree to the general ioloro Terms of Use above, plus these app-specific terms:

Reflection, not prediction: Evenlight offers tarot readings and prompts for personal reflection and entertainment. It is not fortune-telling and does not guarantee any outcome. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Evenlight Plus subscription: Evenlight is free to use, with optional Evenlight Plus membership that unlocks unlimited guided readings, deeper card study, and your private practice archive. Evenlight Plus is available monthly ($7.99/month) or yearly ($59.99/year) in the United States, each starting with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.

Location: Location access is optional and used only while the app is open to localize astronomy and horoscope moments.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
