By using SpinCall, you agree to the general ioloro Terms of Use above, plus these app-specific terms:

Voice Recognition: SpinCall uses your device's microphone to detect the wake word "spin." You must grant microphone permission for this feature to work. All voice processing happens on-device using Apple's speech recognition framework.

In-App Purchase: SpinCall is free to download and play your first game. Unlimited play requires a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the app across iPhone, Apple TV, and Family Sharing. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms.

Physical Activity: SpinCall is designed to be used with physical spinner games. You are responsible for playing safely and ensuring your play area is free of hazards. We are not responsible for any injuries that may occur during gameplay.

Randomization: SpinCall generates random results. While designed to be fair and unbiased, we make no guarantees about the statistical distribution of results.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
