By using SpinCall, you agree to the general ioloro Terms of Use above, plus these app-specific terms:

Voice Recognition: SpinCall uses your device's microphone to detect the word "spin." You must grant microphone permission for this feature to work. All voice processing happens on-device using Apple's speech recognition framework.

Physical Activity: SpinCall is designed to be used with physical spinner games. You are responsible for playing safely and ensuring your play area is free of hazards. We are not responsible for any injuries that may occur during gameplay.

Randomization: SpinCall generates random results. While designed to be fair and unbiased, we make no guarantees about the statistical distribution of results.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
